Tulsa police identify 15-year-old homicide victim

TULSA, Okla. — UPDATE SEPT. 3 - Tulsa police say Steven Sinclair was the 15-year-old shot and killed near Turley over the weekend.

Police say they received a shots fired call Sunday night near North Garrison Avenue and East 56th Street North in Tulsa. TPD says shots were fired at two cars as they left the home, with witnesses saying four men ran from the scene.

Police say about 30 minutes after the call Sinclair was dropped off at OSU Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the chest. He died several hours later at the hospital.

18 year-old Marland Hill, was arrested the next day on murder and shooting with intent to kill charges.
