Officers identify woman killed in south Tulsa crash

One person dead after south Tulsa crash

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police say one person is dead after a crash in south Tulsa Tuesday.

Police say around 3:45 p.m., a gold Ford F-150 was going east on 71st near the bridge when the driver crossed the center line and hit a black infinity going west.

Officers say the driver of the Infinity, 62-year-old Lisa Prather, died at the scene, according to officers. She

Driver of the F-150 is seriously injured and is in critical condition at St. Francis.

Crews closed down 71st in both directions from Riverside to Elwood for over two hours while they worked the scene.

Officers say not wearing seat belts may have been a factor.
