Sen. James Lankford quarantines after contact with COVID-19 positive Utah senator

WASHINGTON — Oklahoma’s U.S. Sen. James Lankford said Friday he’s quarantining for 10 days after a fellow senator tested positive for COVID-19.

Lankford tweeted that he’d met several times with Utah’s U.S. Sen. Mike Lee this week.

Lankford says he’s not experiencing symptoms of the virus but will quarantine through Oct. 12.

“Praying for Mike’s full recovery,” he said.
