Rogers Co. DA’s office requests OK AG investigate staff misconduct

CLAREMORE, Okla. — The Rogers County District Attorney’s Office has asked the Oklahoma Attorney Generals Office to look into possible misconduct among staff members.

FOX23 called the Rogers County District Attorney’s Office Wednesday morning after receiving numerous tips from reliable sources that some assistant district attorneys had been suspended from their jobs.

A spokeswoman for the Rogers County DA’s office told FOX23 without naming specific positions that an HR investigation was underway involving some members of the DA’s staff.

“All of our dockets are covered at this time,” Michelle Lowry, Rogers County DA’s Office spokeswoman told FOX23 when asked if any cases were being impacted by the HR and personnel investigation.

This is a developing story, and FOX23 will update this story here and on TV as we get more.
