Okla. — People in the latest phase of Oklahoma’s priority plan for the COVID-19 vaccine are now able to schedule an appointment.
The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) announced that the sign-up for the vaccine will be available through an online portal to those who choose to receive the vaccine.
OSDH launched the online portal allowing people to enter information and sign up for a COVID-19 vaccine. Those who signed up will later receive a notification on when they are able to schedule an official appointment for their vaccine.
While the portal has been open for Oklahomans to register and provide their contact information since Jan. 5, each new priority group it’s opened to should receive a follow-up email when they are eligible.
Phase 3 opened on March 9.
Phase 4 is scheduled to begin March 29.

If you would like to learn more about your eligibility, but cannot access the internet, please call 211 or your local health department.
