Second person arrested after man’s death in Catoosa
Madison Broyles has been charged with first degree murder in the June 7 death of Bart Kutt.

CATOOSA, Okla. — A second person is in custody in connection to a man’s death in Catoosa, OSBI said Monday.

The U.S. Marshal’s Task Force arrested Madison Broyles, 18, at the Airport Inn and Suites in Tulsa on Sunday in connection with the death of 55-year-old Bart Kutt.

Authorities found Kutt dead at a home in Catoosa on June 8 while responding to a call about a welfare check. Catoosa police found Kutt’s body in the garage.

Broyles is facing charges of Murder in the First Degree, Larceny of an Automobile and Desecration of a Human Corpse.

Authorities arrested Bradley Bales, 33, on July 15. Bales is facing one charge of Murder in the First Degree. Both are in the Rogers County Detention Center.
