TULSA, Okla. — -A new book is shedding more light on the case of Ashley Freeman and Lauria Bible.
-The book “Hell in the Heartland: Murder, Meth, and the Case of Two Missing Girls,” will have a virtual launch party Tuesday night.

-The author Jax Miller says she learned about the case years ago, and decided to write about it for her first venture into non-fiction.
-The book also inspired the HLN documentary with the same title, which Miller executive produced.
-Miller spent five years researching and talking with people involved. The book includes many new anecdotes the public hasn’t heard before, including first-hand accounts from family members.
-The virtual launch part is via zoom from 7-8pm. FOX23′s Tiffany Alaniz will moderate the event, which will include Q&A.
