Muskogee, Okla. — Muskogee Police arrested convicted felon Tommy Ranells for multiple burglaries and other charges near Country Club and Cromwell.
Police say Ranells was involved in multiple incidents Thursday forcing them to lockdown Muskogee High School.
The first incident involved Ranells allegedly leaving an abandoned home. The second incident involved Ranells following asleep in someone’s truck.
Police say a woman went to start her car to go to work. The man took off running and fired shots toward the woman and her family.
The third incident involved a woman calling police letting them know a man burglarized her home. Police say he allegedly took items from that home, including the sweatpants he was wearing. Police ended up catching him not too far away. He also had a warrant out of creek county for burglary.
