Muskogee suspects wanted for rape, kidnapping arrested outside Tulsa motel

TULSA, Okla. — Two people are in custody in connection to a rape and kidnapping assault in Muskogee.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) says Patrick McHenry and Ashton Clark were arrested outside an east Tulsa motel Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators say the suspects kidnapped a woman in Muskogee where they beat and raped her.

ATF Eastern Oklahoma’s Violent Crimes Task Force was helping with the investigation. They say the suspects also carjacked a man at the Motel 6 in Muskogee, using his car to take the woman to Braggs where they held her captive for a day before she escaped.

ATF agents received information that McHenry, who also goes by the name Savage, was in Tulsa. They say they saw McHenry getting into a Subaru Outback that he allegedly stole.

McHenry and Clark will be booked into the Muskogee County Jail.
