TULSA, Okla. — With Tulsa in the hunt to be the home of Tesla’s Cybertruck factory, Mazzio’s Italian Eatery is offering a delicious welcoming gift to all Tesla employees if Tulsa is selected.
Mazzio’s will offer a free large pizza to all 7,000 of Tesla Tulsa’s employees once the decision is made.
“Mazzio’s has called Tulsa home for nearly 60 years and we want to extend a warm Tulsa welcome to the Tesla employees if we are chosen,” said Lori Carver, CEO and president for Mazzio’s LLC. “Tulsa would be a great choice for Tesla because we know first-hand how well the people in this area support our businesses and that’s part of what makes this area so attractive.”
With 120 restaurants in 9 states, Tulsa-based Mazzio’s LLC was established in 1961 and is the parent company of the Mazzio’s Italian Eatery and Oliveto Italian Bistro brands. The corporation was founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma by the late Ken Selby and ownership remains in his family today.
