ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. — At least one person is dead after a crash involving a semi-truck on Highway 266 near the Port of Catoosa on Friday morning.
Rogers County Emergency Management says a semi-truck carrying hot asphalt crashed and spilled some of it in the crash -- forcing the highway to close for at least three or four hours.
