Tulsa police arrested a man they say robbed a Waffle House in south Tulsa Thursday morning.
Andrew Deweese was arrested Thursday afternoon.
Police said he ate at the restaurant near 71st and Mingo just before 4 a.m. and then wrote a note on a napkin to get money.

According to police, he handed a waitress a note on a napkin. It said, “Give me all the money out of the register. Sorry I have to do this. I have to feed the family. Sorry.”
