TULSA, Okla. — Oklahoma’s governor, Kevin Stitt, visited St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa Tuesday.
Stitt toured the ICU department to show support to frontline health care workers.
In a Facebook post, Stitt encourages Oklahomans to do their part to help slow the spread of coronavirus.
Since the visit, a local nurse has spoken out about what she says happened during the tour in a series of tweets.
Recently, Stitt has been getting backlash for improperly wearing his face mask in public.
