    One certified counselor said he has been keeping a close eye on the Powerball prize, and he is talking with his clients frequently to make sure they stay on the right path.

    That counselor said that the potential Powerball payout could cause problems for those trying to overcome their gambling addiction.

    More than 2% of Oklahomans deal with gambling addiction.

    Counselors said they are working with addicts to keep their focus off the Powerball and other forms of gambling.
