TULSA, Okla. — Circle Cinema, Tulsa’s only independent arthouse theatre, is turning to creative ways to serve the community during the coronavirus pandemic.
Forced to close as part of the effort to slow the spread of the virus, Circle has not been open since March 16.
It’s a difficult time for all movie theatres. Not just in the United States, but around the world.
However, Circle staff have come up with a few ways to support the theatre until they can reopen.

The Criterion Collection, an organization dedicated to preserving films, is also hosting a national relief fund through GoFundMe to help arthouse theatres across the country. As of this posting they have raised more than $500,000.
