    In 2017, Equifax revealed a data breach that is believed to have compromised data for nearly 150 million U.S. customers.

    Following the breach, FOX23's sister station WSB reviewed federal credit reporting lawsuits across the country and found consumers named the big three credit reporting agencies more than 10 thousand times in lawsuits filed between 2007 and 2016.
