• Firefighters respond to CMC Recycling fire in Catoosa

    CATOOSA, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • Firefighters responded to a business fire in Catoosa early Friday morning.
    • Catoosa firefighters got a call about the fire at CMC Recycling near Pine and 166th East Avenue around 3 a.m. Friday.
    • Two of the buildings at the site caught fire and firefighters were out for about three hours making sure the fire would not spark back up.
    • Catoosa firefighters said millions of dollars worth of equipment burned in the fire.
    • Tulsa, Rolling Hills, Oak Grove and Fair Oaks fire departments all responded to the scene.
    • The cause of the fire is under investigation.
