Two pets killed in midtown Tulsa house fire

Firefighters Report Smoke And Flames Upon Arrival

TULSA, Okla. — Firefighters responded to flames at a home in midtown Tulsa on Saturday.

It happened before 6:30 p.m. around East 24th Street and South Pittsburg Ave.

Officials said smoke and flames were visible upon arrival.

No people were injured, but two dogs inside the house died in the fire. A third dog outside survived.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
