Districts handle ACT/SAT testing during Oklahoma walkout

While teachers are protesting at the capitol, some students are unsure what will happen with testing.

FOX23 will update this list as more information is released by districts


The district will still administer the ACT test. If students come in for testing, they will not have to come in to test April 24 and will receive an excused absence for that date.

Transportation will be provided if needed, and snacks will be available.

Students should arrive at their testing location at 7:55 a.m.

Those who do not test on April 3 must test April 24.


SAT for 11th graders: The SAT assessment for 11th graders on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 will continue for Tulsa  high school students.

The district plans to have students test at their attending high school the morning of April 10.

Students should plan to arrive by 8:20am for check-in at their high school with their student ID.

Exceptions: *11th grade students who are enrolled at Tulsa Learning Academy will test at the Tulsa Public Schools Education Service Center (3027 S. New Haven Ave.) and not at Promenade Mall. *Students testing with accommodations will receive individual communication regarding testing as it may occur over several days and outside of the April 10 testing date.


Juniors should still report to the high school at 8 a.m. for the ACT
