• Body cam footage reveals new details of fatal shooting of Logan County deputy

    • Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials confirm Nathan Leforce is in custody after he reportedly shot a Logan County deputy
    • The man allegedly shot the deputy as the deputy served an eviction notice 
    • OSBI agents said Leforce shot the deputy once in the face and several more times as he fell to the ground
    • They said the deputy had fired at Leforce several times as well
    • The deputy, later identified as David Wade, went to the hospital, but he did not survive his injures
    • Langston University was locked down as officers search nearby
    • Officials say Leforce stole a deputy's car, drove to a gas station near Langston and then stole another car
    • They say they were able to track him in Guthrie using cell phone technology
