• Deputies searching for men accused of killing dog in Rogers County armed robbery

    TULSA, Okla. - QUICK FACTS:

    • the Rogers county sheriff’s office says they are searching for three men who they say invaded a home, wearing masks, and held three woman at gun point
    • The incident happened near 450 road and 4187 road off of highway 66 behind Starlite Trailers.
    • Deputies say a pit bull ran to the door when one of the suspects kicked in the door, one of the suspects fired and killed the dog.
    • The sheriff’s office says the men demanded drugs and money so one of the women gave them her wallet.
    • One of the women tried to escape using the back door but was dragged back in and hit in the face with the pistol, according to deputies.
    • Deputies say the men escaped and headed north in a black SUV.
    • Anyone who may have information on the incident is encouraged to call police.
