Bud Light tweeted Wednesday afternoon that they are offering free Bud Light to any alien that escapes from Area 51.

Later that day they shared a picture of a new, special edition "Bud Light Space Beer" can and a message of "We Come In Peace."

Across the top of the can reads a unique message saying:

“Greetings Earthlings. This is the famous Area 51. We know of no space beer by any other life form which is brewed and aged to be more refreshing. Our cryogenic aging produces a light bodied space lager with a fresh taste, a crisp, clean finish, and a smooth drinkability. Take us to your leader…for drinks”

A Twitter user responded to the new graphic of the Area 51-themed can asking if it was "real." Bud Light responded with "51,000 RTs and we'll make it happen." The brand's account also changed its avatar photo to an alien logo.
