• Standoff in Broken Arrow ends, suspect in custody

    BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Quick Facts:

    • A suspect is in custody after a standoff in Broken Arrow Monday.
    • It started when Broken Arrow police tried to serve a search warrant in a neighborhood near 91st and Elm.
    • A woman and child were able to sneak out of the house to safety.
    • The suspect, Shawn Williams, has probation violation warrants out of Jefferson County, Colorado, according to officials.
    • He also faces six municipal warrants out of Broken Arrow.
    • The suspect came out of the house and was taken into custody just after 2 p.m.
    • Police also arrested Trenton Posey, 33, for obstruction of justice.
