A man was found near the War Eagle Resort by Tahlequah. Officials believe he drowned.
He was identified as 25-year-old Jeffrey Harris Porter. They said Porter was missing since around 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
Porter was in the area visiting a friend. The friend told police she went to her car and when she came back, he was gone.
His belongings were found unattended on the shore.
