BARTLESVILLE, Okla. — Quick facts:

  • Tulsa police say the suspect in a Bartlesville chase is behind a Tulsa crime.
  • Anthony Price was arrested Monday on a slew of complaints, including felony evading, running a road block, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony, possession of stolen property, possession of paraphernalia, shoplifting and more.
  • Police say they found Price leaving a store near Adams Boulevard and Cherokee Avenue, where he had allegedly stole some sunglasses, and chased him all the way through town before he crashed on a county road.
  • Police say they found several pairs of sunglasses in Price's car, along with a handgun stolen out of Tulsa, ammunition and drug paraphernalia.
  • Investigators believe the stolen gun in his possession was used in an attempted robbery at Hungry Howie's near 81st and Sheridan in south Tulsa, and they say his tattoo matches the tattoo of a suspect seen in surveillance footage from the Tulsa restaurant.
  • The investigation is ongoing, as two other people were reportedly with Price, and robbery detectives say they will decide whether to make more arrests in the future.
