ATF agents investigate pipe bomb reported in Okay

The Oklahoma Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is looking into an explosive found in Okay.

Officials said two agents went out to investigate a suspected pipe bomb around 11 Tuesday.

They said there was no indication of any imminent threat.

The agents said they, along with Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers, disposed of the explosive.

Afterward, officials said the agents collected debris.

There is an ongoing investigation underway with the ATF and Wagoner County Sheriff.

The device was reportedly found in a City of Okay public work facility truck.
