5 Things to Know: New flames at deadly fire scene, rally recap

TULSA, Okla. — For the second time in less than a year, FOX23 went to a home near Birmingham and Tecumseh. The time and vacant status of the house have investigators looking to arson as a possible cause. The last time this home caught fire, a man inside died. CLICK to see the full report.

Police responded to reports of an "erratic" pedestrian walking in traffic near a strip mall around 2 p.m. PDT. Officers said they used a Taser and opened fire after the man failed to follow their commands and appeared to pull an object out of his pocket, holding it in an apparent shooting stance.
