The judge infamous for giving a sexual assault convict a light sentence backed out of a new sex crimes case. Judge Aaron Perskey faced major criticism after giving Brock Turner, a former Stanford student, a few months in a county jail after he was found assaulting a woman behind a dumpster. A reported argument turned deadly at a south Tulsa apartment Monday night. Police say an 18-year-old shot and killed his 20-year-old roommate, rolling the body in a sleeping bag before police had a chance to interview him. FOX23 monitors investigator progress in the case HERE.
