46th Street North towards Lewis April 18th @ 9:30 PM. This occured West of US HW 160 between Elk City, KS and Independence, KS. There was a strip of hail, and vThere was a strip of hail, and very dense fogI passed along a Quiktrip near 31st & Hwy 169 around 12pm. I saw a bridge with people standing around.
