We were canoeing on the Current River on Sunday, August 5, 2012 and saw this beautiful rainbow around the sun. It lasted about an hour, and even had some rainbow colors in the sky we saw a little later that you can see just above the trees, in those pictures. I don't know what caused it and have never seen it before. Was wondering if you could help explain this to me. I have more pictures, but just sent a few.
