Hello blog readers, it’s good to be back.

As it turns out, my weekly blogging has become more of an annual event.  Hopefully, my second blog will warrant a third.

So, it’s summer time again, and I can’t wait to not get into a swim suit.  Something about eating cheese burgers 3 days a week, and chicken fingers twice daily just doesn’t scream GQ. (I have an on-the-go job to thank for that!). BUT! necessity is the mother of invention and I can’t help but wonder... there has to be a healthy fast food option!!  right?

You know what I’m saying? Subway…no drive-thru and it takes too long, Panera- pricey and most don’t have drive-thrus.  It’s a gold mine waiting to happen! I’m talking a hand-made sandwich ready in less than a minute! with a side of fruits and wahtever!  Maybe a home cooked meal kind of thing that you can get relatively inexpensively, fast, and healthy.  I don’t know! I don’t have all the answers..I’m merely one man….a man with a gut.

Okay, my health rant is over.

I think I’m supposed to talk sports.

Here we go…

Do the Philadelphia Eagles ever learn from their mistakes?  Do the New York Knicks actually think it’s worth throwing away the future to focus on the present (especially when that present includes Marcus Camby)?  Does anyone know which UFC fight it is?  157? 234? Is hot dog eating really a sport? And if you’re born-again, do you have two belly buttons? (the last was not sports related – that was for you David, glad you found religion).

That is all for now.

These are the ramblings of Jeff McAdam.
