The duo battled through seven playoff holes before Huh parred the eighth extra hole to fend off Allenby and win for the first time on the PGA Tour.

Huh kept Allenby's winless streak going with the win. Allenby won four PGA Tour events between 2000-01, but is winless since.

The event had been played opposite the WGC - Accenture Match Play the last six years, but moved to the early portion of the 2013-14 season. Thanks to the move, the previous six champions of the tournament are all in the field.

Among the big names competing this week will be major champions Angel Cabrera, Darren Clarke and Davis Love III

Golf Channel will have television coverage all four rounds.

PGA Tour players will be part of the ISPS HANDA World Cup of Golf next week. The last time that event was contested in 2011, Americans Matt Kuchar and Gary Woodland earned a 2-stroke win over teams from England and Germany. Kuchar is slated to defend the title with a new partner, Kevin Streelman.

EUROPEAN TOUR

DP WORLD TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP, Dubai, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, United Arab Emirates -- The European Tour wraps up its 2012-13 season with the DP World Tour Championship.

Last year, Rory McIlroy carded three 66s en route to beating Justin Rose by two strokes. McIlroy matched the tournament scoring record with his total of 265, while Rose fired a 10-under 62 in the final round to set a new course record.

McIlroy also earned the prize for the season-long Race to Dubai.

Henrik Stenson, who won the PGA Tour's Tour Championship and in doing so claimed the FedExCup, leads the Race to Dubai entering this event. The next eight players in the standings -- Justin Rose, Graeme McDowell, Ian Poulter, Jamie Donaldson, Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano, Thongchai Jaidee, Richard Sterne and Victor Dubuisson -- all could win the Race to Dubai crown with a win this week.

Golf Channel will have television coverage of all four rounds.

The European Tour takes no time off as it begins its 2013-14 schedule next week in South Africa. Last year, Stenson cruised to a 3-stroke win over George Coetzee.

LPGA TOUR

LORENA OCHOA INVITATIONAL, Guadalajara Country Club, Guadalajara, Mexico -- The LPGA is also in Mexico this week with the Lorena Ochoa Invitational. The limited player field will be headlined by defending champion Cristie Kerr.

Kerr posted two 67s and two 69s to earn a 1-stroke win over Angela Stanford and Inbee Park. The win was Kerr's 15th on the LPGA Tour, and ended a two- year drought.

The top six on the money list and seven of the top 10 will be at Guadalajara Country Club this week. Only Shanshan Feng, Na Yeon Choi and Hee Young Park are skipping the event.

There will be no television coverage of this event.

The LPGA Tour moves back to the United States next week for the season-ending CME Group Titleholders, were Choi beat So Yeon Ryu by two shots last year.
