OSU's Brendan Vaughn charged with felony, dismissed from team

  • Oklahoma State freshman linebacker Brendan Vaughn was charged Tuesday for unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a school, which is a felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
  • Oklahoma State confirmed to FOX23's Jeff Kolb that Vaughn has been dismissed from the team
  • A filing report in Payne County says the charges stem back to September 9th, 2017
  • Vaughn was recruited as a three-star prospect out of Forney, TX
