Foxboro, MA (Sports Network) - The New England Patriots blew out the Indianapolis Colts 59-24 on Sunday, but the huge win may have come with an even bigger price.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport is reporting that tight end Rob Gronkowski broke his forearm and will be sidelined between 4-to-6 weeks.

Gronkowski had seven catches, 137 yards and two touchdowns before leaving the game. He headed to the locker room late in the fourth quarter to get X-rays.
