Landover, MD (Sports Network) - Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs is inactive for Sunday's road contest against the Washington Redskins.

Suggs, the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year, tore his biceps in last week's 23-20 loss to rival Pittsburgh, but returned to the practice field late in the week and had been deemed questionable for Sunday's tilt.

Suggs also missed the first six games of this season after recovering from a partially torn Achilles tendon sustained during the spring. He's racked up 19 tackles and two sacks through six games this season.
