Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Chicago Bulls guard Richard Hamilton will miss an indefinite amount of time after suffering a torn plantar fascia in his left foot.

An MRI on Sunday revealed the injury and he will return to the team as soon as his symptoms permit.

The 14-year veteran has averaged 13.9 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists over 15 games for the Bulls this season.
