Baltimore, MD (Sports Network) - The Baltimore Orioles declined to tender a contract offer to infielder Mark Reynolds, making him a free agent.

In two seasons with the O's, Reynolds batted just .221 in 290 games, but he did, however, belt 60 home runs and drive in 155 runs.

Infielder Omar Quintanilla and pitcher Stu Pomeranz were also non-tendered by the Orioles.
