Roy Halladay fanned six, but allowed two runs on eight hits and two walks over 4 1/3 frames for Philadelphia, which got a three-run shot from Laynce Nix.
Adam Lind had two hits and an RBI for the Blue Jays, who got seven innings of two-run ball from starter Brandon Morrow.
