Fans, students react to Bob Stoops' retirement


TULSA, Okla. - Bob Stoops surprised many on Wednesday when he announced his retirement from the University of Oklahoma's football program.

Stoops was head coach for 18 seasons. He took charge of the team in 1998 and is considered "the winningest coach in Oklahoma history."
