Light Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients and Preparation

Ingredients Measures
Bisquick Heart Smart mix 2 cups
fat-free (skim) milk 2/3 c
shredded reduced-fat Cheddar Cheese (2oz) 1/2 cup
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
    Directions
  1. Heat oven to 450.
  2. Mix Bisquick mix, milk, cheese and garlic powder to make a soft dough.
  3. Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
  4. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Spray warm biscuits with cooking spray before removing from cookie sheet.
  7. Serve warm.
