  1. This is the basic starting ingredients to the tortillas mentioned on our blog.
  2. Take the tortillas and spread them out on a shallow baking tray.
  3. Cover with shredded cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
  4. Then complete with lettuce, tomato, and onions.
  5. Many variations with taste. Some add bell pepper, olives, mustard, etc.
