Chicken Salad Pita Pocket

1 large celery stalk
2oz cooked chicken strips
1 Tbsp. raisins
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, egg-free, low-fat or nonfat
1 mini (4 inch) pita pocket

Rinse and chop celery; chop chicken strips and mix with celery and raisins and mayonnaise until well blended.

Serve in pita pocket.

Makes 1 serving.
