Marianly Mendez joined FOX23 News as a general assignment reporter in March of 2008. Marianly was raised in Miami where she graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in communication with a concentration in broadcast journalism. She learned from the best while interning at WSVN, MDTV, Nightly Business Report and CBS in South Florida. After graduating Marianly reported for the ABC affiliate in Fort Smith, Arkansas for two years. When she is not reporting, she enjoys skating, dancing or drawing.
