OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A $160,000 reward for information in the shooting deaths of two young girls near Weleetka is being renewed.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Jessica Brown says the reward will be renewed Wednesday for another 90 days.
Authorities say 13-year-old Taylor Placker and 11-year-old Skyla Whitaker were shot to death June 8, 20-8 near Placker's home. No arrests have been made.
The reward includes $70,000 from an anonymous donor, $50,000 from Dexxon Inc. and LPD Energy Corp., $10,000 from both the U.S. Marshal's Service and the OSBI and $20,000 donated by the community.
