An Oklahoma state legislator says he helped an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper in arresting an unruly man along Interstate 35 in Carter County near Ardmore.

Historically, when "mules" are stopped transporting large amounts of drugs, they just surrender without a fight and get deported. Starting a rucus makes no sense, unless there's much more to the story than what the trooper is claiming.
