Okla Bill Cracks Down On Drunken Drivers

Drivers convicted of a first drunken driving offense would be forced to install an ignition device on their vehicles for two years under a bill being proposed in the Oklahoma Legislature.

lyngreen - If they get pulled over, they go to jail and the car gets impounded. But if they do not own a vehicle and were arrested for a DUI, then most likely their license will be suspended. So Driving without a license would be the charge.

what happens if the person being convicted does not own a vehicle but has access to driving a car?
