    • Demario Adams was arrested on complaints centered around one area Whataburger robbery after police say DNA helped connect him to the robbery.
    • However, police say he could be responsible for a number robberies at Whataburger restaurants in the area.
    • FOX23 has reported five robberies at the chain since April.
    • Police say they are continuing their investigation.
    • They say Adams is a convicted felon, having pleaded guilty to larceny in 2009.
    • Adams told FOX23 Monday that his arrest is "all a misunderstanding."
