TULSA, Okla. —

FOX23 has learned police are looking for a third man in connection in a string of armed robberies that have left a lot of shoppers on edge.

A judge has issued a warrant for Gregory Carter’s arrest.

Detectives say he is part of the group who has hit at least a dozen Green Country businesses in the last couple of months.

They’ve mainly targeted Little Ceasers stores, Kwik Stops, Family Dollars, and Dollar Generals.

Debbie Barbee is a frequent shopper at one of those Dollar General stores near Admiral Boulevard  and Memorial Drive.

When FOX23 showed her surveillance video of the store being robbed, she was stunned.

“It makes you feel horrible. It makes me feel afraid. I’m glad it wasn’t me,” Barbee said.

Police say one of the masked thieves is 23-year-old Gregory Carter.

Carter is wanted for eight robberies in all.

“These counts are all solid,” Tulsa Police Robbery Sergeant Brandon Watkins said. “We’ve got him identified and know who he is. Obviously with eight counts he’s a guy we want to get off the streets as quickly as we can.

Police already got Kiantre Belcher and Amad Gix off the streets.

They’ve each been charged with five counts of armed robbery.

With the public’s help they hope to catch Carter soon as well.

“I’ve said it before the difference between a robbery and homicide is a few pounds of trigger pull,” Watkins said.

Homicide detectives tell FOX23 they have also been looking for Carter.

They say he is a witness to a murder here in Tulsa earlier this year.
