Well said IMVHO. People only care about themselves, not the solutions to the problems they face.

I have worked the polls for 26 years. I have missed 2 elections and this is the first presidential election I have missed. I was the youngest when I started. We are required to go to training every few years and the numbers attending are down. No one wants to be a compensated volunteer. THAT is why the lines are long and if you don't like it then do something about it. The answer to the problem is for more people to become involved by working the polls. So if you don't want to be part of the solution then just shut up. You don't care to help no one else cares you are standing in a long line.
