An article in todays issue of The Paper states Mayor Terry Cooper was looking into allegations against Chief Henderson THREE weeks before Rone voiced his allegations at the City meeting. Yet, the City attorney told Fox news NO complaints have ever been filed against Chief Henderson. If no complaints have ever filed against Henderson exactly what was Cooper investigating?

But there HAVE been complaints filed against Mr Henderson when he was a patrolman and he was STILL promoted to Chief of Police. The complaints were filed with Karen Raiff, then Chief of Police and Vickie Herr, the Mayor at that time. His most noted unethical behavior was sleeping with a local married woman, while on duty, and while her husband was at work. Shortly after the husband left the home Mr Henderson moved into the home, with complete disregard for the fact the court had ordered him NOT to stay the night in this home. He later moved into the woman's beauty shop, the estranged husband had a court order to have him removed from there as well. He moved back into the woman's house, she was held in contempt of court over the incident. Mr Henderson ended the relationship shortly after the estranged husband was granted the home in the divorce and was no longer providing Mr Henderson with free rent. Despite his broken moral compass the City of Locust Grove promoted him to Chief of Police after letting Karen Raiff go.
